Our Process
Seeds of Love Empowerment thrives in sourcing and placing seasoned childcare professionals with excellence. There is a $200 non-refundable fee to begin the search for a caregiver and $50 placement fee before signing contract. The registration fee is to be submitted following your phone consultation. Typically, staff placement requires approximately 3 weeks. In the event that SOLE doesn't identify the ideal candidate within the initial 3 weeks, you will have the option to extend for an additional week or receive a 20% refund on your application fee.
We are devoted to cultivating love through attentive listening and genuine connections, fostering productive and enduring professional relationships, as it ultimately benefits all parties involved.
WE GET TO KNOW YOU
After receiving your inquiry, we'll get in touch promptly to schedule a 30-minute consultation. In this call, we'll plan an 'In-house' assessment to understand your needs. Ask any initial questions, and we'll guide you through starting your search. After the consultation, your family will receive an email with the final application, a welcome packet, and details to officially join us.
SEARCH & REVIEW
We maintain personal acquaintance and familiarity with every staff member in our network, as we invest significant time in pre-vetting each individual. Our dedicated efforts are focused on identifying the best staff tailored to your specific needs and requirements.
INTERVIEW
We aim to connect you with the most suitable candidate. We keep you updated on our progress and coordinate in-person interviews with your preferred candidates. SOLE manages all interview scheduling to make the process seamless and convenient for you
TRIAL PERIOD
If the in-person meeting is successful, and your family is ready to proceed, the next step is to organize a trial period. This provides an opportunity for your family and the nanny to become acquainted and collaborate in your home environment, evaluating their performance in a real-world setting. Our paid trial period spans one week, comprising 5 business days.
HIRING
After a successful trial, when you're ready to formalize the relationship, SOLE will assist you in completing a work agreement to proceed. This agreement is designed to foster long-term success for both your family and the candidate. Additionally, you'll have access to a personal tax consultant to address any payroll-related questions.
FOLLOW UP
Being SOLE, we highly value our relationships and are committed to offering continuous support whenever you need it. Feel free to reach out for guidance, resources, or any other assistance you may require, as we may do the same. Let's nurture these connections and grow together with love.
