This give us the chance to truly understand your values, personalities, and caregiving style—so we can match you with someone who fits seamlessly into your world.
During the call, we’ll walk you through our thoughtful placement process and answer any questions you may have.

Recruitment
Once your family’s search is officially underway, our team gets to work crafting a thoughtful, purpose-driven job description tailored to your ideal caregiver. We don’t just post—we connect. Using your values and needs as our guide, we’ll reach out to our trusted network and thoughtfully engage new candidates with your unique role in mind.
Because finding the right fit isn’t about filling a position—it’s about growing a relationship that lasts.
Introduction & Interviews
We’ll personally introduce you to thoughtfully selected candidates, each with a detailed profile highlighting their experience, qualifications, and care philosophy—so you can focus on what truly matters during the interview: their personality, values, and connection with your family.
We’ll take care of scheduling and confirming every interview and will gather feedback from both you and the candidates to help guide next steps with clarity and care.
Because every great match begins with understanding, intention, and love.
Compensated Trial
When you feel like you’ve found the right match, we’ll help you set up a paid working interview—a hands-on trial period typically lasting 2 to 5 days. This gives your family the chance to experience how the candidate naturally fits into your household, how they respond to feedback, and how they connect with your rhythms, routines, and values.
We’re with you every step of the way to ensure clarity, comfort, and confidence during this important part of the process.

Make it Official
Once you're ready to hire, we’ll guide you through setting clear terms of employment and ensuring every detail is covered—from responsibilities to expectations. We’ll also connect you with our trusted payroll partners to support a smooth, compliant onboarding process—so everything is done thoughtfully and “by the books” to protect both your family and your new employee.

Meet Cedricka! As a child, someone asked, 'What do you want to be when you grow up? My heart already knew the answer: something magical with kids! Whether in giggles, games, or growing moments, I was born to nurture little lives!
Cedricka Prather – Early Childhood Education Specialist
With over two decades of hands-on experience, I have dedicated my life to nurturing and educating young children from infancy through preschool. As an experienced early childhood professional, I’ve guided and managed the care and development of over 100 children—supporting each child’s growth socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively.
My work is more than a career—it’s a calling. I create safe, loving, and empowering environments that encourage independence, build self-esteem, and foster a lifelong love of learning. Through consistent routines, intentional teaching, and heartfelt relationships with families, I strive to plant strong, lasting seeds in the lives of every child I encounter.
Rooted in compassion and guided by purpose, I see each child as a unique individual filled with potential, and I remain deeply committed to being a positive, guiding light in their foundational years.
My Vision
As an Early Childhood Specialist with years of growth and experience, I’ve been blessed to live out my passion—nurturing young children, guiding families, and witnessing the beauty of early development unfold before my eyes. This journey has been more than a profession—it’s been my ministry, my purpose, and one of my greatest gifts.
Now, I feel called to take everything I’ve learned—every skill, every challenge, every joyful moment—and pour it into others. I’m shifting my focus to empower Nannies and uplift Communities. I want to help change the narrative around what it truly means to be a Nanny. This role isn’t just a job—it’s a position of power, love, and deep responsibility.
Through training, mentorship, and heartfelt support, I’m here to show Nannies that they are essential, valuable, and worthy of care themselves. I believe in creating a standard of excellence that not only prepares caregivers but also honors them in a superior and intentional way.
This is my mission: to raise the bar, shift perspectives, and build a strong, supported community of childcare professionals who know their worth and lead with love.
