Once we receive your online application form, a dedicated Childcare Agent will connect with you to discuss your unique childcare needs and share details about Seeds of Love Empowerment. If you’re ready to move forward, simply submit the application fee, and SOLE will begin our renowned search to find the perfect match for your family.
Connect
Once you’ve selected a potential candidate, you’ll have the opportunity to arrange 1–2 paid trial days to ensure the match is right for both your family and the nanny. As part of your investment, you’ll also receive your nanny’s full credentials for complete peace of mind.

Application Fee Breakdown:
During our initial consultation call, we take the time to get to know you, your specific needs, and preferences to ensure we’re aligned in finding the right fit for your family. Once you agree to move forward and accept our terms, a non-refundable application fee of $350 is required.
This fee covers the time and effort dedicated to conducting a thorough search, a comprehensive background check, verification of education and experience, and the cost of Seeds of Love training materials provided to our staff to ensure the highest standard of care.
As part of our commitment to transparency and excellence, you will receive a detailed report of our findings.
Care Connection Fee:
Our Care Connection Fee is thoughtfully designed to reflect the unique rhythm and needs of each family we serve. Unlike traditional agency fees, this annual contribution—ranging from $80 to $100— is not just a payment, but an investment in your child’s growth, development, and joy.
This contribution supports:
Individualized Care & Lesson Planning – Tailored activities and developmental support that meet your child where they are, helping them grow with confidence and purpose.
Arts & Crafts Supplies – Age-appropriate materials that encourage creativity, fine motor skills, and imaginative play.
Musical Instruments – Engaging tools that introduce rhythm, sound exploration, and early appreciation for music.
Learning Toys & Educational Tools – Carefully chosen items designed to spark curiosity, build problem-solving skills, and support developmental milestones.
Seasonal & Age-Specific Resources – Supplies adjusted to match your child’s stage and unique needs, ensuring activities remain fresh, engaging, and developmentally appropriate.
At Seeds of Love Empowerment, this fee allows us to go beyond “standard care” by nurturing your child’s growth with both purpose and heart.
Sowing Fee:
At Seeds of Love Empowerment, we believe hiring a nanny means welcoming a dedicated partner into your family. That’s why we advocate for meaningful benefits that reflect the care and commitment they bring each day.
Top-tier families offer:
Paid Vacation (2–3 weeks annually)
Paid Holidays (Federal and family-designated)
Paid Sick & Personal Days (3–5 sick days, 2 personal days)
Overnight & Travel Pay (to be discussed with individual families)
Bereavement Pay (2–3 weeks/ SOLE will provide a substitute during this time)
Health Insurance Support (to be discussed with individual families)
Year-End Bonus (1–3 weeks of gross pay)
Guaranteed Pay — Full-time nannies are typically paid 52 weeks/year, even when care isn't needed.
